Why We Welcome Your Involvement
Empowering Student Voice and Agency
We believe young people thrive when they’re trusted to lead, create, and contribute. Through programs and platforms like Battle of the Teal and Zealousness, students don’t just participate — they shape the experience, they share their voices. Your involvement helps elevate youth as active agents in their own learning journey.
Strengthening School–Family–Community Ties
Education is most effective when schools, families, and communities work together. Whether you’re a parent encouraging your child’s creativity, a teacher hosting a workshop, or a volunteer mentor, your connection reinforces the belief that learning is a shared responsibility — and a shared opportunity.
Expanding Access to Career-Ready Skills
Many students, and young adults, face limited exposure to real-world learning. Our workshops, coaching, and creative showcases bridge that gap by offering hands-on experiences, transferable skills, and early career insights. Your support helps make these opportunities widely accessible and deeply impactful.
Why Now: 20 Forward
In 2026, iN Education will celebrate its 20th anniversary — two decades of delivering programs that prepare and inspire youth across Northeast Ohio.
To mark this milestone, we’re launching the 20 Forward Campaign — a community-driven effort to:
- Celebrate our history with those who helped build it
- Expand our reach to more schools, students, and families
- Secure long-term resources for the next generation of learners
Your involvement now directly fuels our momentum into the next 20+ years of impact.
Recognized for Arts Education Leadership
We’re proud to be named a Distinguished Business/Organization for Art Education in Northeast Ohio (2025) by the Ohio Art Education Association. This honor reflects our deep investment in nurturing creativity, expression, and youth-centered learning through the arts.
