Where Your Money Goes
100% of the proceeds from your iN Education Shop purchase go towards supporting our national education initiative called the WOW Education Rewards program. The mission of this program is to track and reward preK—12 grade students for their individual achievements by implementing an innovative rewards program. The rewards program, through data collection, will motivate students to achieve higher levels of excellence and offer equal opportunity incentives across the board to those enrolled into the WOW Education Rewards program.
Payment Policy
The iN Education Shop only accepts the following credit cards for payment: Discover, Visa, American Express, MasterCard.
We do not accept any other credit card or any other method of payment such as debit card, PayPal, or eCheck.
Shipping Confirmation
The In Education Shop will notify you when your order has shipped, by email or text. Please specify your preferred method of contact for the shipping confirmation (email or text).
Shipping Details
Ordered items are prepared for shipping when we receive your payment. We usually receive payment on the next work day that follows the day you submitted your payment. A work day is Monday—Friday, excluding holidays.
- In Stock items: After payment is received, please allow approximately 5-14 days for In Stock items to ship, depending on the size of your order.
- Special Order items: After payment is received, please allow up to six weeks for Special Order items to ship, depending on the size of your order and availability of Special Order items. Special Order items are identified as “Special Order” on their iN Education Shop product page.
We only ship orders by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and to addresses in the United States.
Refund Policy
iN Education Shop orders are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
An Item that was damaged prior to delivery such as a tear in fabric or damage to houseware may be eligible for an exchange. For damaged items to be eligible for an exchange, you must provide satisfactory proof of damage, such as in a picture.
In addition, clothing items that do not fit are eligible for exchange, but only if they are in the same new condition as when they shipped. No other items will be considered for an exchange.
To confirm whether your items are eligible for exchange, please first before sending back the items. You must contact us to inquire about an exchange no later than seven (7) work days after your items were delivered. If you contact us later than seven (7) days after the date of delivery to inquire about an exchange, your items will not be not be eligible for an exchange.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange and obtaining the tracking number. The iN Education Shop does not pay for shipping costs for exchanged items.
