Article Length & Formatting

Minimum and/or maximum word count (e.g., 700–1,500 words). Use of headings (H2, H3), bullet points, and short paragraphs for readability.

Originality & Plagiarism

All submissions will be checked for plagiarism and AI-written content. We accept original articles. Submissions previously published on other platforms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure they meet our internal guidelines and quality standards.

Image Guidelines

Include relevant, high-quality vector images (with proper attribution or copyright permissions). Provide featured image in the following size/format – 2200 px X 268 px. An additional fee of $10 will be applied to articles submitted without a featured image that meets the specified requirements.

Author Bio & Link

Short author bio (50–100 words) with one do-follow link to the author’s website or social profile (optional).

Editing Rights

We reserve the right to edit content for clarity, grammar, and SEO optimization. If you use any AI tools, please be aware that we allow up to 10% of documents to be AI-generated. We use ZERO GPT and other similar tools to check each submitted article.

Promotion & Sharing

Articles may be promoted on our social media channels and email newsletters.

How to submit? Email an MS Word or share a Google Doc with info@ineducationonline.org.
Expected response time: 24-48 hrs.
Expected Turnaround Time (TAT) – We typically review and respond to submissions within 24–48 hours, except for orders received on Friday afternoons or over the weekend, which may experience a slight delay. Please note that we reserve the right to request revisions if the content does not meet our guidelines.
