Cinterests LMS access is $39.99. However, many participants receive full or partial scholarships through sponsors and community partners, depending on the cohort. Cinterests is open to anyone age 16 and older—including high school and college students, working adults, job seekers, and those considering a career change. There are no geographic restrictions. Participants must complete the online application, attend scheduled sessions, and complete the self-paced LMS activities.
Not at all. Cinterest is designed for people who are exploring their first direction, reconsidering their current path, or simply looking for a better fit. You do not need to have the answer before you begin—the program helps you build clarity through self-discovery, career exploration, and practical next steps.
Cinteresst is typically offered as a hybrid experience, combining live in-person and/or virtual sessions with a self-paced LMS course, online community, career exploration activities, and optional workplace experiences. Participants should have access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
Plan for approximately 2–3 hours per week. This usually includes a live session plus self-paced LMS activities, reflection, and career exploration work. Live session attendance is strongly recommended, as discussions and workshops complement—but do not repeat—the online course.

Facility tours are optional but highly recommended. They offer opportunities to visit real workplaces, meet professionals, explore different career environments, and see how organizations operate firsthand. Tour locations vary by cohort. When group transportation is provided, participants are responsible for getting to the meeting point, and iN Education coordinates transportation to and from the site.
No. Cinterest is a career exploration and development program, not a job placement service. Our goal is to help you better understand your strengths, interests, values, and possibilities so you can make more informed decisions about education, employment, or your next career move.
We encourage participants to attend all scheduled live sessions because the discussions and workshop activities add to the self-paced course experience. If you need to miss a session, let the program team know and continue with your LMS activities so you can stay engaged and on track.
You’ll receive immediate confirmation that your application was received. Applications are reviewed based on eligibility and available cohort capacity. Selected participants will receive an acceptance email with next steps, including instructions for creating a Thinkific account to access the LMS course and online community.
