Clarity. Confidence. Creativity. A 10-Week Journey for Northeast Ohio Youth
CLEVELAND, OH — Jan 14, 2026 — iN Education, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of its Cinterests Career Exploration & Training Cohort, a bold, 10-week initiative designed to guide 40 youth and young adults (ages 16–30) through a transformative experience grounded in self-awareness, industry insight, and creative action.
The initiative is proudly powered by the PPG Foundation, Synthomer Foundation, Proficient Pro LLC, Lorain County Urban League, and the LGBT Center of Greater Cleveland, whose shared vision of equitable, future-focused career preparation makes this initiative possible.
Phase 1: CLARITY (Weeks 1–3)
Who am I? What am I built for?
The first phase dives into four scientific tools and assessments that help participants explore their strengths, interests, values, and work styles. Through life coach-led sessions and guided reflection, students will begin to articulate a clear sense of identity and direction.
“Clarity is the foundation of everything,” said DeAndre Nixon, Founder of iN Education. “Before we talk about careers, we help our participants understand themselves—because purpose starts with self-awareness.”
Phase 2: CONFIDENCE (Weeks 4–6)
How does the world of work operate—and where do I fit?
Participants will gain macro-level exposure to global industries, systems thinking, and market trends. This segment includes interactive workshops that help them understand how industries connect, what skills are in demand, and how their personal strengths align with real-world opportunities.
Phase 3: CREATIVITY (Weeks 7–10)
How do I show up, share my ideas, and step into opportunity?
This is where it all comes together. Students participate in guided company tours, community networking events, and ultimately pitch their own projects or personal brand visions in a final showcase. It’s hands-on, high-energy, and designed to help them step into their future with confidence and creativity.

- Personal tools they’ll use for a lifetime: assessments, reflections, and career maps
